Hypnotherapy
All sessions are 60 minutes.

During the first session we will uncover/assess if you respond more to literal or inferred suggestions to gauge which suggestions would be most useful to you.

Every session is customized specifically for every client.
​
You will also be provided with an MP3 recording of the hypnosis part of the session to take home with you and listen to at your leisure.
Hypnotherapy with added Tuning Forks
All sessions with Tuning Forks are 60 minutes. Its a typical Hypnotherapy session with the added bonus of incorporating Tuning Forks. Beneficial for releasing stress quickly, getting you in a deeper state, getting straight into the state of Hypnosis.

When I was a child, my mom would make my stuffed animals talk and I found great comfort in that.
Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stuffed animal than a person.

Snuffles is a Certified Hypnotherapist who got his education at The Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana California.
He studied closely with Alevtina and have practiced countless hours on each other as well as other people.
